For Homeowners

Live by design,
not by default.

Mental clarity, deep rest, steady energy, emotional ease, effortless living, long-term health, six outcomes the home itself produces, when specified for the body that lives in it.

Six Outcomes

What the home gives back,
when it is built for you.

A closed eye in late afternoon light, edge of linen visible

Mental Clarity

A mind that is no longer fighting the room.

Indoor air quality, circadian-aligned lighting, and acoustic calm let the prefrontal cortex stop spending energy on environmental noise. The first effect, in week one, is unmistakable.

A bedroom with cashmere over linen, alpine fog through the window

Deep Rest

The sleep that science writes papers about.

Bedroom temperature held at 18°C, blackout to 0.5 lux, EMF audited at the bed-head, materials chosen for chemistry rather than catalogue. The body recovers, visibly, on the wearable, and silently, on the cellular level.

A sweating crystal water glass beside a bronze radiator

Steady Energy

Energy is a function of recovery, not stimulants.

Filtered water at every fixture. PFAS-free cooking surfaces. Daylight that warms in the evening and cools at noon. The peaks and troughs of a typical day flatten into a long, level line.

A single rush-seat chair facing an arched window over an olive grove

Emotional Ease

A nervous system the room is not provoking.

Reverberation under 0.6 seconds. View-cones with biophilic anchors. Material palettes that read as resolved rather than fashionable. The body is parasympathetic by default, not sympathetic by default.

A deep oak floor catching afternoon light, a brass inlay running through

Effortless Living

A specification that runs itself.

Air, water, light, and temperature are managed in concert by a single integrated control layer. The house remembers what time it is, what season it is, and what room you are in. You do not.

A single bare foot crossing a moss-edged travertine threshold

Long-Term Health

Compounded over a forty-year residency.

Every domain, air, water, light, sound, temperature, materials, microbiology, technology, mind, habits, is a small intervention. Sustained over four decades, in the place a person spends 90% of their life, the cumulative effect is unmatched by any other intervention.

A day in a longevity home

Six moments. Six interventions.
One continuous shift in baseline.

The home does its work quietly, hour by hour, while you live in it. Each room is calibrated for what your body needs at that moment of the day.

  1. The bedroom at first light Light
06:30 First light Circadian-aligned colour temperature wakes the cortex without spiking cortisol.
  2. The kitchen mid-morning Water
09:00 Mid-morning Filtered water at every fixture, PFAS-free cooking surfaces.
  3. The study at midday Sound
12:00 Midday focus Reverberation under 0.6 seconds, full-spectrum daylight at the desk.
  4. The living room at golden hour Mind
17:30 Golden hour Biophilic view-cones, material palettes resolved, the body parasympathetic by default.
  5. The bath in early evening Temperature
20:00 Wind-down Warm-toned light below 1800K. No overhead glare. The body begins its descent.
  6. The bedroom at night Technology
22:30 Deep rest Blackout to 0.5 lux, 18°C, EMF-quiet at the bed-head, the science of sleep, by design.

Connect Your Data

Wearables & sensors,
integrated into your Diagnostic.

MAVI integrates the recovery, sleep, and environmental signals from your wearables and sensors so the architectural specification meets the body that lives in it.

Begin with the place you
already live.

A free Snapshot of your address surfaces what your home is doing to your biology. Eight live data sources, ten longevity domains, four scored pillar cards, in seven minutes.

Your address is encrypted at entry. We do not store it until you ask us to.

What you actually feel

Three changes,
noticeable in week one.

The Diagnostic is a long document. The body reads it in days. Hover a card to read what changes first.

Sleep that finally holds

Light, temperature, EMF, and bedhead orientation tuned for slow-wave depth. The bedroom stops being a problem to manage and starts being the room that does the work.

A shaft of late afternoon light cutting an empty travertine corridor

A nervous system at rest

Acoustic refuge, biophilic detail, daylight that follows the sun. The body reads the room before it reads any furniture, and the architecture is what asks the body to stand down.

A halved fig on a linen cloth on a travertine plate

Energy that lasts to dinner

Air without the silent particulate load, water without the incidental contaminants, light timed to the body, not the calendar. The afternoon crash quietly stops happening.

Questions

For homeowners, in detail.

How does the MAVI process work for a homeowner?

It begins with a Snapshot, an environmental assessment of your address. From there, we deliver a Blueprint, a sourced, cited, room-by-room longevity specification for your residence. From Blueprint, we work alongside your existing architects and contractors to execute the specification, or we can introduce a vetted partner team if you do not yet have one.

Can MAVI be applied to a home I already live in?

Yes. Roughly two-thirds of the framework is achievable in retrofit, water filtration, lighting, soft furnishings, paint and adhesive substitution, EMF audit, acoustic remediation. The remaining third, radiant cooling, mechanical ventilation, structural acoustic mass, is a renovation rather than a refurbishment, but is still feasible in most existing buildings.

Is this wellness, or something different?

Different. Wellness is a market category, saunas, ice baths, supplements, retreats. MAVI is a specification methodology applied to the place a person spends 90% of their life. The two overlap, but the unit of work is the building, not the person.

How do I know the MAVI specification is genuine and not marketing?

Every claim is sourced. Every specification is cited. The Blueprint includes a full citation register pointing to the peer-reviewed research that justifies each recommendation. You can read it. Your architect can read it. Your longevity doctor can read it. None of it requires belief.

What is the typical timeline from Snapshot to Blueprint?

Snapshot in seven minutes. Diagnostic within fourteen days of payment. Implementation timing depends on the scope of work, refurbishment is typically four to eight weeks; full renovation, six to twelve months; new build, runs alongside your construction programme.

We work with a small number of homeowners each year to ensure the depth of attention each project deserves. Enquiries are open. Tell us about the residence and where it sits in your timeline. We reply within one business day.
